Rad Metrics

10 Pets

The Radish team is aligned: pets are the best. Dogs, cats, snakes, birds – you name it, Radishes have them.

8 Cities

As a remote company, we’re able to work with incredible talent across continents.

105 Plants

As befits our plant-themed name, Radishes have a real green thumb. Nearly every member of the team has at least one houseplant.

4 Languages

We’re a diverse team in both geography and culture, with many multilingual Radishes among us.

7 Kids

Many of the Radishes have started their own families. Our flexible remote work environment allows plenty of space for lil’ Radishes.

98 Recipes

We love to share our favorite things–and food is one of them. In 2024, we shared 98 recipes with the team.

Remote Life

At Radish, we prioritize spending time with one another through team-building activities that transcend borders.

It's always a joy to work with Radish on brand and web strategy projects. Their enthusiasm and commitment to our mission shines through in the final product. We couldn't be happier with our new site!

Hannah, MenCare

Our monthly search meetings with Radish allows us to take a step back, think big picture and move beyond what's up, what's down to focus on true goals and objectives.

(RED)

We have had the pleasure of working with Radish Lab for several years now, and they have become a trusted partner and close collaborator of ours. They guided our rebrand process with creativity and have consistently exceeded our expectations with their high-quality work. The Radish team demonstrates a deep understanding and dedication to our mission and goals, which shines through in the products they create for us. They are an invaluable partner in our work.

Equimundo

When it’s possible, we get together IRL to connect as a team.

In 2023 we did our first-ever Radish Retreat, where Radishes from all over gathered together for a week of fun and strategic planning.
